Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 5.3 oz yogurt, nonfat plain greek
  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup berries, fresh
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, berries, nut butter, cinnamon, and honey. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, forming clusters of your desired size. Place them in the freezer until completely solid.
  2. While the clusters are freezing, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second increments with coconut oil, stirring in between. Let the chocolate cool completely before the next step.
  3. Once the yogurt clusters have hardened, dip each one into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Place them back on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Return the clusters to the freezer until the chocolate hardens. Once set, they’re ready to enjoy!
