Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl add in your chocolate and coconut oil and place in the microwave or a double broiler until melted.
Add almonds to melted chocolate and make sure they are completely covered.
Use a fork to remove almonds one at a time and let the excess chocolate drip off. Place on baking sheet.
Repeat until all almonds are removed from the chocolate.
*Optional- sprinkle flaky sea salt on the almonds while still wet.
Place in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes or until the chocolate is hard.
*Optional- once chocolate is hard you can place the almonds in more chocolate to double coat them.
Once the chocolate is hard, store in a glass container and enjoy for up to 1 week!
