I don’t know about you, but as soon as it gets hot outside, I immediately crave anything cold. And living in Austin, Texas, that means about 90% of the year!

These chocolate-covered yogurt clusters are the perfect treat for any occasion. Whether you’re looking for a mid-afternoon snack or a dessert after dinner, these tangy yet sweet treats will hit the spot!

Ingredients

This recipe calls for six simple ingredients that you probably already have at home! Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Dark chocolate
  • Yogurt
  • Peanut butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
  • Your favorite berries (I love using frozen raspberries and blueberries, but feel free to mix it up!)
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

1. Make the Yogurt Clusters
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, berries, nut butter, cinnamon, and honey. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, forming clusters of your desired size. Place them in the freezer until completely solid.

2. Melt the Chocolate
While the clusters are freezing, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between. Let the chocolate cool completely before the next step.

3. Coat the Clusters
Once the yogurt clusters have hardened, dip each one into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Place them back on the lined baking sheet.

4. Freeze and Enjoy
Return the clusters to the freezer until the chocolate hardens. Once set, they’re ready to enjoy!

These little bites are bursting with flavor and texture. The tangy yogurt and berries are perfectly balanced with the rich, smooth dark chocolate coating. Plus, the cinnamon-honey combination adds a delightful touch of warmth and sweetness, making these clusters absolutely irresistible!
