Happy December! As the holiday season is approaching, there will be many occasions where you will need a refreshing drink to enjoy. However, if you are looking to avoid alcoholic beverages for any reason, I have got you covered. The mocktail trend has been on the rise in recent years and seems to be more than just a fad. Instead, it is a movement towards mindful indulgence and well-being. In a world where everyone is health-conscious, mocktails are the perfect alternative because they allow you to go out and be social without any of the negative side effects of alcohol. Mocktails are perfect for those who are sober curious, taking a break from alcohol, or who want to avoid a hangover the next day. I have created a list of 5 mocktail recipes that will help you get started on your alcohol-free journey this holiday season!
All of these mocktails contain an adaptogen, which is completely optional for you to add. Adaptogens are plants and mushrooms that help your body respond to stress, anxiety, fatigue, and overall well-being. As always, please consult with your doctor before taking any substances.
